It no longer begins once a season comes to an end; it's now a 365 days a year assignment.
It means that clubs in all leagues are continually facing the battle to attract high quality players and coaches.

Over 560 footy clubs are now using Footy Recruits to find and sign new team members.
How to join up to Footy Recruits.
Simply click on the Join Me Up button.

Submit your Club's Profile/Ad:
Include details of your football club and the position/s required.
Include photos of the club facilities and list the club's success history, ladder position last year, etc.
You can advertise for one or more players/coaches.
If you want to add further ads at a later date, you must re-submit your profile with the new position/s included. These ads will be separate to your original ad.
Once you have submitted your Profile/Ad you can go searching.
NOTE: You will not be able to view any player or coach profiles until you have submitted your own club's profile/ad.
It is also important that you register as a club.
(Only clubs can view player and coach listings. Players and coaches can not view their own categories)
How to refine your search for players & coaches.
Clubs can search for the talent by:
1: Player.
2: Coach.
3: Position needed.
4: Preferred position.
5: Willing to travel or re-locate
6: Post code.
7: Town/City.
8: State.
9: Club or League.
Tips & Hints for effective use of Footy Recruits:
To find players who are willing to move clubs:
1: Log in and click "Search".
2: Choose "Players" in "Search in Category".
3: Click "Continue".
4: Choose your "State/s"
5: Choose "Yes" in "Are you prepared to travel?"
6: Choose "Yes" in "Will you relocate?"
7: Click on the OK button, and start sending messages to your newfound selections.

5: Browse the list of recent, or most popular profiles.
6: Browse 'my profiles'.
7: 'Add to favourites' feature.

9: Subscribe for category-specific RSS feeds.
10: RSS support: users can add the feed of latest profiles to their RSS reader.
11: For privacy, teams can't see other team's advertisements.
